You share the following personal data with our company in the job application form you submit to our company, in your resume, during correspondence, interviews and interviews with you. This personal data is processed by our company in accordance with the conditions specified in this information text. Your personal data will help us to get to know you and to evaluate whether your job application is suitable for the open position in our company according to your characteristics.
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other relevant legislation sets out certain procedures that those concerned must comply with regarding the processing of personal data. In accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, our company, as the data controller, has the obligation to inform you about the processing of your personal data and in some cases to obtain your explicit consent. This information text has been prepared for this purpose.
1 Your Personal Data Processed by Our Company within the Scope of Your Job Application:
a. Personal Data of General Nature:
Identity Information: Identity information such as name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, maiden name, marital status, gender, nationality in documents such as identity card, military service certificate, driver's license, signature, etc.
Contact information: Telephone / GSM number, e-mail address, address / residence.
Personal information: Curriculum vitae information, reference information, SSI Registration No, information about the company you have worked for before, etc.
Professional experience information: School / university information, certificates, diplomas, training information, certificates / results of exams conducted by our company within the scope of job application processes, title, etc.
Financial information: Wage / salary (offer) etc.
Visual and audio recordings: Photographs, images/videos and audio recordings made during online job interviews.
Other information: Smoking information.
b. Your Sensitive Personal Data:
Criminal convictions and security measures: Criminal records.
Philosophical beliefs, religion, sect and other beliefs: Religious information, if included in the identity document.
Health information: Blood type, if available on the identity document. (Your religion and blood type information is recorded as your identity document / photocopy of your identity document containing your religion and blood type information is obliged to be processed within the scope of some activities specified in the information text).
Information about your disability and other health conditions that may affect your position arising from the employment relationship you are applying for: Your health information collected to the extent required by the applicable legislation or based on your explicit consent in case of emergencies, such as health examination results, laboratory results and imaging reports, etc. obtained within the scope of health checks depending on the job for which you are applying for a job.
2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and Legal Reasons:
Your personal data is processed by our company to the extent necessary in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, limited to the purposes listed below and for the legal reasons set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
a. Carrying out business activities and ensuring business continuity, carrying out employee candidate application and employee candidate selection and placement processes in order to find suitable candidates for open positions in our company, recording your personal data in this context, evaluating your job application, resume, education, experience and equipment (legal reason: “It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, legal reason for processing the identity document / photocopy of the identity document with religion and blood group information: “Explicit consent of the data subject”, legal reason for processing criminal records: “It is explicitly stipulated in the laws"),

3. Method of Collecting Your Personal Data:
For the above-mentioned purposes and for the legal reasons set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data is collected and processed by automatic means or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of the data recording system, through the human resources platform or by telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, face-to-face or online business meetings or by other verbal, written and electronic methods if you contact our company in any other way.
4. To whom and for what purposes your personal data is transferred domestically:
a. 6. Your Rights under KVKK:
Article 11 of the KVKK regulates the rights of the relevant personal data owners.
